The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching up to 0.075% FS. The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting a fault, it activates a fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivering control signals to system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD screen instantly displays an error message (Err), automatically analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repairs, and replacements, making the entire process simpler and more efficient.
