The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak performance of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, the ZY8000 excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, ensuring unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes with an integrated diagnostic function, providing real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show 'Err', identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operating status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be swiftly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
