The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an outstanding peak performance of up to 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, this transmitter maintains 99.9% of its accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability in even the harshest environments.
The ZY8000 boasts an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real time. Upon detecting a fault, it switches to an alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifies and displays the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument, making these processes more efficient and user-friendly.
