The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and innovative modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion to transform into a precise digital signal. This is followed by meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring exceptional accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is meticulously converted into a 4-20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via the D/A converter. In models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the device outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals directly. The measured data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons, and effortlessly read measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing ultimate flexibility.

ZY8000: The basic accuracy of this intelligent transmitter is 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, capable of withstanding extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 includes integrated diagnostic functions, providing real-time monitoring of its status. The transmitter will enter fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivering control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after surpassing defined thresholds. Upon fault detection, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzing and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be issued as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, faulty parts can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
