The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, featuring a cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a highly modular design. This transmitter takes the signal produced by the sensor, amplifies it, and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a precise digital signal. This signal undergoes thorough linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unmatched accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART protocol through a sophisticated D/A converter. In the case of PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, they directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons. The LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault information, and operational status. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering versatile control options.

Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Additionally, it features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference properties, ensuring the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an Err message, analyzes, and pinpoints the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can be triggered via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or a measuring component is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
