The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The device features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, ensuring effortless performance under extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it provides exceptional electromagnetic interference resistance, guaranteeing the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is an epitome of cutting-edge engineering, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and is processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter to be transformed into a digital signal. This digital signal is then meticulously refined through linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
In transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output superimposed with HART signals via a D/A converter. For models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter offers direct output with complete digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two distinct EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, viewing measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, ensuring seamless integration and ease of use.

The ZY8000 series comes with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. If a fault is detected, it triggers an alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' pinpointing the faulty unit and simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be displayed as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measurement element is damaged, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without readjustment.
