The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a sleek modular design. The sensor-generated signals are amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into precise digital signals. These signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unrivaled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, signals are seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measurement unit data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs, allowing for on-site parameter adjustments using three intuitive adjustment buttons. Users can effortlessly read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes via the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be efficiently achieved through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a highest accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly handles extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status. In the event of a fault, it enters alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically indicate 'Err,' analyze, and display the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element become damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for readjustment.
