The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a modular design. This sophisticated transmitter amplifies the sensor's signal and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a digital signal. Within the microprocessor, these signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART by the D/A converter. Those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF capabilities output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The transmitter stores essential measurement data and functional parameters in two dedicated EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters onsite using three intuitive adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be set via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

After a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. This transmitter features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, allowing it to handle extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Additionally, its powerful anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 includes integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. In fault alert mode, the transmitter outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after exceeding predefined event thresholds. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms are expressed as warning or fault protection currents, and the system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
