The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter exemplifies cutting-edge innovation by integrating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with a modular design. This sophisticated system amplifies the sensor's signal, converts it to a digital format using a high-speed dual A/D converter, and then undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is meticulously transformed into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART data via a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The crucial data from the measuring unit and the functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, with real-time access to measurement results, fault information, and operation modes displayed on an intuitive LCD. Additionally, parameter setups can be managed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000, our basic accuracy intelligent transmitter, achieves 0.1% FS accuracy (highest 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily handle extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. In fault conditions, it enters alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, analyzes the issue, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.and making it more convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operating status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
