The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter combines state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors with a sophisticated modular design. This advanced device processes sensor signals through amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming them into precise digital data. The microprocessor then performs meticulous linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For HART protocol-equipped transmitters, the device outputs a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with a HART signal via the D/A converter. In contrast, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The transmitter's measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be achieved using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 model includes an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. If a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated by warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
