Valve Group Brief Introduction
The valve group is primarily utilized for the initiation, termination, pressure balancing, and discharge of input signals from differential pressure, pressure transmitters, and flow transmitters. Designed for effortless installation, maintenance, and online instrument inspection, the valve group ensures seamless functionality. It can be distinguished based on its various functional configurations.

Integrated Valve Group
This assembly integrates the transmitter and valve group at the factory, followed by thorough pressure and leakage testing. This process minimizes on-site installation steps and mitigates potential leakage issues associated with transmitter installations.
Valve Group Features
· Safety Stop Pin
Constructed with a stainless steel pin to prevent the valve seat from detaching from the valve body, ensuring enhanced safety.
· Valve Body Design
Featuring an integrated structure, this design offers superior strength and high reliability.
· Valve Seat Sealing
Hard sealing between stainless steel components guarantees safety and reliability.
· Valve Core
Valve core components utilize a segmented structure, enhancing the sealing performance and extending the service life of the valve group. The handle's operation has also been improved for better handling.
· Lubricating Grease
Imported grease is applied between the sealing washer and the adjusting screw to diminish friction and enhance sealing performance.
