The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter showcases cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. The sensor-generated signals are amplified and converted to digital by a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal undergoes precision linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For units equipped with HART protocol, the transmitter seamlessly converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output, superimposed with HART signals thanks to the D/A converter. Models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters offer direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signal outputs. Essential data from the measuring unit and transmitter's functional parameters are stored within two dedicated EEPROMs. Users are empowered to adjust parameters on-site via three intuitive adjustment buttons, with measurement results, fault information, and operation modes clearly displayed on the LCD screen. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000's basic accuracy as an intelligent transmitter is 0.1% FS (with a peak performance of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to handle extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Furthermore, it exhibits exceptional performance in anti-electromagnetic interference, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function to monitor its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and the SIS safety system. The LCD display automatically shows an Err message, analyzes the fault, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software's operating status. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without needing recalibration.
