Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand severe chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. With extraordinary electromagnetic interference resistance, the ZY8000 promises high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 incorporates advanced diagnostic functions and real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, it activates an alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD displays 'Err' upon fault detection, automatically analyzing and indicating the faulty unit for simplified maintenance, repair, and replacement.Maintenance is streamlined and efficient..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed through warning or fault protection currents. This system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should an electronic unit or measuring element fail, the defective part can be promptly replaced on-site without needing recalibration.
