The ZY8000 transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with peak precision reaching 0.075% FS. After a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, effortlessly handling extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
ZY8000 comes with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting faults, it enters an alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. If an issue arises, the LCD display automatically indicates 'Err', identifies the faulty unit, and facilitates straightforward maintenance, repair, and replacement.maintenance,and replacement.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as warnings or fault protection currents. It autonomously diagnoses the status of sensors, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should any electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be replaced on-site with no need for recalibration.
