The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, incorporating cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a sophisticated modular design. This innovative device captures signals from the sensor, amplifies them, and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform the signals into digital format. The microprocessor then performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring utmost accuracy in readings.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device converts the digital signal into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART data via the D/A converter. For models featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two distinct EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and the LCD display provides clear readings of measurement results, fault information, and operation modes. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering unparalleled flexibility and control.

Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, it exhibits outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, guaranteeing the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it will enter a fault alert mode, output an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provide control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show 'Err' and analyze and display the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be easily replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
