The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a state-of-the-art modular design. This product harnesses the power of a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform signals from the sensor into digital data. It then performs linear and temperature corrections within its sophisticated microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled precision and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the intelligent design converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC range with superimposed HART signals via a D/A converter. When dealing with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it delivers direct, full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The system stores the data from the measuring unit and the functional parameters separately in two robust EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the clear LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be achieved through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering maximum flexibility for diverse applications.

The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic capabilities for real-time self-monitoring. When a fault is detected, the LCD display shows 'Err', automatically analyzes the issue, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed through warning or fault protection currents. The system can automatically diagnose the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
