The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it tackles extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Its formidable anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 integrates advanced diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting anomalies, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD displays an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.conveniently.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the sensor, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without readjustment.
