The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effectively withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it exhibits outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features advanced integrated diagnostics, enabling real-time status monitoring. In fault alert mode, it outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after predefined events. When a fault occurs, the LCD displays an Err message, automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be promptly replaced on-site without readjustment.
