The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter represents the pinnacle of advanced technology, incorporating a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a modular design for exceptional performance. This sophisticated device translates sensor signals via an amplifier and a high-speed dual A/D converter into digital signals. These signals are subsequently refined through linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device seamlessly converts signals into a 4mA to 20mA DC output, with superimposed HART signals managed by the D/A converter. Alternatively, for PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it provides a direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The intricacies of the measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are meticulously stored in two distinct EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust these parameters on-site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons.
