The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter represents the pinnacle of advanced technology, incorporating a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a modular design for exceptional performance. This sophisticated device translates sensor signals via an amplifier and a high-speed dual A/D converter into digital signals. These signals are subsequently refined through linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device seamlessly converts signals into a 4mA to 20mA DC output, with superimposed HART signals managed by the D/A converter. Alternatively, for PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it provides a direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The intricacies of the measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are meticulously stored in two distinct EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust these parameters on-site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons. The LCD display offers real-time readings of measurement results, fault information, and operational modes. Moreover, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, delivering an exceptional user experience.

The system automatically diagnoses the operating status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty part can be promptly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
