The ZY8000D boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a 99.9% accuracy rate, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the highest levels of stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000D can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
