The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be configured as warning or fault protection currents. The system performs automatic diagnostics on SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without readjustment.
