Designed with an all-metal structure and embracing a modular design concept, this compact marvel offers minimal pressure loss and an impressive range ratio of 10:1,
making it a versatile choice for a wide array of industries, even in the most challenging and demanding environments.
It excels in controlling and measuring flow for small flow rates, low velocities, and intricate medium conditions, ensuring seamless process control.

Ensuring the proper installation of the metal rotor flowmeter is crucial for its optimal performance. Here are the key installation considerations:

(1) The flowmeter should be installed vertically, allowing the fluid to flow smoothly from bottom to top. Ensure there is a straight pipe section equal to five times the instrument's diameter both at the inlet and outlet. For new pipelines, conducting a thorough flush prior to installation is essential.

(2) Install a valve before the flowmeter and a flow control valve between 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter away downstream. For small diameter instruments, introducing an upstream filter is advisable. If magnetic materials are present in the measured medium, a magnetic filter before the flowmeter is recommended.

(3) To streamline maintenance and replacement, incorporate a bypass pipeline during the flowmeter's installation.

(4) In cases where the medium is dirty, regular cleaning of the pipes and float ensures optimal performance.

(5) The metal rotor flowmeter typically offers a measurement accuracy at a level of 1.5. For applications demanding higher precision, consider alternatives beyond metal tube rotor flowmeters.
