The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and innovative modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion to transform into a precise digital signal. This is followed by meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
When integrated with HART protocol, the transmitter seamlessly converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC range superimposed with HART communication via the D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it delivers direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and can view measurement results, fault notifications, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for ultimate flexibility.

In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, greatly simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, allowing alarms to manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system offers automatic diagnosis of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software running status. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without requiring readjustment.
