The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers exceptional accuracy with a base precision of 0.1% FS, reaching up to an impressive 0.075% FS. Remarkably, it sustains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, ensuring substantial cost savings on maintenance. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, this transmitter easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Moreover, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that enables real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter triggers fault alert mode, signaling through an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When faults occur, the LCD screen automatically displays an error code (Err), identifies and analyzes the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
