The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter stands as a pinnacle of modern engineering, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. The sophisticated sensor system generates signals that are amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into precise digital signals. These signals undergo linearization and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, signals are converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal, superimposed with HART communication by a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, they deliver direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Essential measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored within dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters onsite using three intuitive adjustment buttons, with measurement data, fault alerts, and operation modes conveniently displayed on the LCD screen. Parameters can also be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for seamless integration.

The ZY8000 model features an integrated diagnostic function capable of real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. During a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and instrument replacements.
Additionally, the diagnostic function can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be indicated as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
