The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous use, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Furthermore, the ZY8000's exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance guarantees enduring stability and reliability.
Equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, the ZY8000 can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined events, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display instantly shows 'Err,' automatically diagnosing and displaying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated through warning or fault protection currents. The system performs automatic diagnostics on SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. If electronic units or measuring elements are damaged, faulty parts can be replaced directly on-site without recalibration.This capability ensures seamless operation and reduced downtime.
The diagnostic function can also be started through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated in the form of warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operating status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
