The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers 0.1% FS basic accuracy (up to 0.075% FS). After a decade of continuous operation, it still maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Its superior performance against electromagnetic interference guarantees the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostics that monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD screen displays error codes, automatically identifying and showing the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Damaged electronic units or measuring elements can be replaced directly on-site without readjustments.
