Product Parameters

 

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, utilizing an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor paired with a sophisticated modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion to transform it into a digital signal. This signal is then subjected to meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART by the D/A converter. In the case of transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF, it outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measurement data and the functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons and can easily read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is possible through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.
