The ZY8000 is equipped with advanced diagnostic functions, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting a fault, it enters alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifying and analyzing the malfunctioning unit. This facilitates easier and more efficient maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.
