Installation:

The metal rotor flowmeter is a sophisticated variable area flow measuring instrument ingeniously designed to measure the float position with precision.

Embodying an all-metal structure and a cutting-edge modular design, it stands out with its compact size, minimal pressure loss, and impressive range ratio (10:1).
This advanced flowmeter is celebrated for its effortless installation and maintenance, making it a preferred choice in a myriad of industries, even under complex and harsh environmental conditions.
It is expertly engineered for flow and process control, catering specifically to small flow rates, low velocities, and an array of demanding medium conditions.

Ensuring the proper installation of this metal rotor flowmeter is crucial for its optimal performance. Key installation considerations include:

(1) The flowmeter should be installed vertically to allow the measured fluid to flow seamlessly from the bottom to the top. Ensure straight pipe sections, each five times the instrument diameter, at both the inlet and outlet. For newly installed pipelines, a thorough flush of the pipeline is imperative before installation.

(2) Place a valve upstream of the flowmeter, with a flow control valve positioned 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter downstream. For smaller diameter instruments, it is essential to install a filter upstream. If the medium contains magnetic materials, a magnetic filter is necessary before the flowmeter.

(3) To streamline maintenance and facilitate effortless replacement, connecting a bypass pipeline during installation is highly recommended.

(4) For mediums with higher impurities, it's vital to perform timely cleaning of pipes and the float to maintain efficiency.

(5) Typically, the metal rotor flowmeter ensures a measurement accuracy of 1.5. For needs demanding higher accuracy, alternative measurement solutions should be considered.
