The ZY8000 series offers an extraordinary basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching an exceptional 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, drastically reducing maintenance costs. Engineered with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of engineering, leveraging an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This sophisticated device captures the sensor's signal, amplifies it, and uses a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a digital signal. Subsequently, the signal undergoes meticulous linearization and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For the HART protocol transmitter, the device converts the data into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART signal via a D/A converter. When dealing with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it outputs pure digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measurement data and functional parameters of the transmitter are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust the parameters directly on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and conveniently read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be achieved through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

These diagnostic functions can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. The alarm is presented as a warning or fault protection current, automatically diagnosing the status of the sensor, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element be compromised, the faulty part can be efficiently replaced on-site without reconfiguration.
