The ZY8000 transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest achievable precision reaching 0.075% FS. Product Parameters

 

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter employs state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a cutting-edge modular design. It processes the sensor's signals through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. These signals then undergo meticulous linearization and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and performance.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output superimposed with HART signals via a D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols offer direct full-digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signal outputs. The transmitter's measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and easily read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for enhanced flexibility and control.

When a fault is detected, the LCD screen instantly displays 'Err,' automatically analyzing and showing the faulty unit, thereby simplifyingmaintenance,repair, and replacement processes.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the defective part can be immediately replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.
