The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a state-of-the-art modular design. This device processes signals with unparalleled precision; the sensor's output is amplified and converted through a high-speed dual A/D converter into a pristine digital signal. The microprocessor then performs meticulous linear and temperature corrections, ensuring flawless accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART protocol via a D/A converter. Models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. All measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, configuration via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols is seamlessly supported.

The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for readjustment.
