The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status. In the event of a defined quantity event, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD displays an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.conveniently..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. Automatic diagnostics cover SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software running statuses. When electronic units or measuring elements are damaged, the faulty parts can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
