The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter combines state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a sophisticated modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and is then processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This signal is meticulously corrected for linearity and temperature variations within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled precision.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with the HART communication signal by a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocol transmitters, the output is a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. Measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, diagnostic information, and operational status. Additionally, parameter setup can be performed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. The alarms can be configured as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without requiring recalibration..
