The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter delivers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with highest accuracy at 0.075% FS). Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Furthermore, it offers exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000's remarkable stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that provide real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, it will enter an alert mode, output an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and deliver control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a malfunction occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes the issue, and indicates the faulty unit. This automation simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed in the form of warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element gets damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
