The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, utilizing an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor paired with a sophisticated modular design. The sensor output is meticulously amplified and processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a precise digital signal. This signal then undergoes linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring exceptional accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted to a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output superimposed with HART communication via a D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver a fully digital output of PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The device's measuring data and functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs, allowing users to effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons. Additionally, users can view measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operating modes on the crisp LCD display. Parameter configuration is also possible through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing comprehensive customization and control.

ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, greatly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability.
With an integrated diagnostic function, the ZY8000 can monitor its status in real-time. When predefined events occur, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows Err, analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be easily replaced on-site without readjustment.
