The ZY8000, a highly accurate intelligent transmitter, boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest possible accuracy being 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, resulting in substantial maintenance cost savings. The transmitter features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, enabling it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress with ease. Additionally, it offers exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time monitoring of its status. Should the transmitter encounter any issues, it will enter fault alert mode, outputting alert electrical current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after predefined event thresholds are exceeded. In the event of a fault, the LCD display will automatically show an 'Err' message and analyze and identify the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
