The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter is an embodiment of cutting-edge technology, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, seamlessly transforming into a digital signal. This signal is then meticulously linearized and temperature-corrected within the microprocessor.
For the transmitter equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART data via a D/A converter. For versions with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be performed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.
