The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter is a state-of-the-art, high-precision pressure and differential pressure transmitter developed by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter represents the pinnacle of advanced engineering, incorporating a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modern modular design. This sophisticated device harnesses the power of high-speed dual A/D conversion to transform sensor signals into digital format, followed by meticulous linear and temperature calibration within its microprocessor.
For models equipped with HART protocol, the device seamlessly converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. Transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Critical measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three dedicated adjustment buttons, while the smart LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational mode insights. Additionally, parameter configuration is supported through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000, our intelligent transmitter, features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with the highest accuracy being 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Moreover, it exhibits exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring unmatched stability and reliability.
ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic capabilities, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In case of fault detection, it enters fault alert mode, emits a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault occurrence, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), pinpointing and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is compromised, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
