The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter redefines precision with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, and can even reach an impressive 0.075% FS at its highest setting. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical challenges. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 boasts an integrated diagnostic function, capable of real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it triggers a fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, pinpoints the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures for maximum convenience.
