It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, easily withstanding extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 includes an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In fault alert mode, it outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after exceeding predefined event thresholds. When a fault occurs, the LCD displays an error code, analyzes and showcases the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement process.effortless..
The diagnostic functionality can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be indicated as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. When an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced immediately on-site without requiring readjustment.
