Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measurement elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it boasts superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting defined quantity events, the transmitter enters a fault alert mode, issuing an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is identified, the LCD screen automatically displays an error message, analyzes the issue, and indicates the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
