The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter achieves an accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. In addition, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the transmitter's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functionalities to monitor its status in real-time. Upon encountering predefined faults, it enters a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and the SIS safety system. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' indicator, analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is compromised, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without recalibration.
