The ZY8000 Basic Accuracy Intelligent Transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Designed for durability, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function for real-time self-monitoring. Upon encountering a fault, it enters an alert mode, signaling with an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display promptly shows an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and indicating the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
