The ZY8000D boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest attainable accuracy being 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The transmitter's robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements ensure it can handle extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting defined quantity events, the transmitter activates a fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
