The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with the highest precision at 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its powerful anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000's integrated diagnostic function allows real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) and analyzes and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
Furthermore, diagnostic functions can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicating warnings or fault protection currents. This functionality automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software, allowing direct on-site replacement of the faulty electronic unit or measuring element without readjustment.making maintenance and repairs more straightforward..
This diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection current, and the system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
