The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter ensures a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with peak precision reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, substantially reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, it offers exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, guaranteeing the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, it enters alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) message, identifying and analyzing the faulty component, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In cases where the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without requiring recalibration.
