Perfectly suited for managing small flow rates, low velocities, and rigorous medium conditions, this flowmeter excels in both flow measurement and process control.

Ensuring a flawless installation process for the metal rotor flowmeter is crucial to its optimal performance. Key considerations during installation include:

(1) Ensure the flowmeter stands vertically with the fluid entering from the bottom, ascending through the device. Maintain a straight pipe section at both inlet and outlet, each five times the diameter of the instrument. For new pipelines, a comprehensive flush is vital before flowmeter setup.

(2) Install a valve before the flowmeter and situate a flow control valve 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter downstream. For smaller instruments, place a filter upstream. If the medium contains magnetic materials, a pre-flowmeter magnetic filter is essential.

(3) To simplify maintenance and facilitate easy replacement, integrate a bypass pipeline during installation.

(4) In cases where the medium is particularly soiled, ensure the pipes and float are cleaned promptly.

(5) With a standard measurement accuracy level of 1.5, the metal rotor flowmeter is reliable. For precision beyond this, consider other options beyond the metal tube rotor flowmeter.
