The ZY8000D boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a maximum accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, providing real-time status monitoring. In case of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
